These Affiliate Terms govern your participation as an affiliate ("you") in programs managed through Sprusify ("Platform"), operated by Sprusify.

1. Role of Sprusify

Sprusify provides tracking and payout tools but is not the merchant. Agreements regarding commissions are between you and the merchant.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Use links ethically and lawfully
• Disclose affiliate relationships (FTC compliance)
• Do not engage in spam, misleading ads, or fraud
• Do not impersonate brands or misrepresent offers

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
• Fake traffic or automated bots
• Trademark bidding (unless allowed by merchant)
• Self-referrals unless explicitly permitted

5. Commissions

Commission structures are set by merchants. Sprusify does not guarantee earnings.

6. Payouts

Payouts may be processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Timing and approval depend on the merchant.

7. Account Suspension

We or the merchant may suspend or terminate your account for violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sprusify is not liable for disputes between affiliates and merchants.

9. Taxes

You are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes.
